About

Kirk Stange, LawyerLaw Firm Practice Management is a blog created by Kirk Stange of Stange Law Firm, PC, to focus on the business side of building, managing, and scaling a modern law firm. The blog addresses practical topics such as law firm marketing, leadership, recruiting, systems, technology, and operations, along with the real-world challenges that arise when growing a professional services organization. The goal is for this site to be both an educational resource and an interactive forum where attorneys can share ideas and discuss practice management challenges.
